Project work is governed by a separate statement of work or master services agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed client agreement prevails.
You may browse our site for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape content at scale, or use the site in any way that could harm Dallal AI or other users.
Content on this site — including text, visuals, and case studies — is owned by Dallal AI or our clients and licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Information you submit through our contact form must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed.
Proposals, estimates, and timelines we share are confidential and valid for the period stated in the proposal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, all pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, and know-how remain the property of their respective owners.
Ownership of deliverables created for a client is defined in the applicable client agreement. Portfolio rights — our ability to reference the engagement — are also defined there.
Our website and general communications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is error-free.
